All orders to Canadian destination are shipped Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service or Xpresspost.

All orders WITHIN CANADA by Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service or Xpresspost. See Delivery schedule below.

* Remote, fly-in locations within Canada pay a nominal freight charge for regular or expedited delivery. These additional charges are quoted by email, prior to shipping.

Orders received prior to 12:00 pm (Noon) PST will be processed the same day and shipped within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, orders may not be processed until the following day.

Shipping: Optimal Fertility and Eastern Botanicals Inc. normally ships through Canada Post utilizing Expedited Parcel service. The estimated time of the arrival of your product should be considered as an estimate only, and Optimal Fertility and Eastern Botanicals Inc. will not be responsible for any damages due to delays in shipping.

Fixed rate charges for shipping are based on weight, and will be listed when you purchase products from this webpage. You agree to comply will all export laws of Canada that apply to the products purchased or received under this Agreement.

Optimal Fertility and Eastern Botanicals Inc. uses a third party shipping service provider to ship its products. As such, Optimal Fertility and Eastern Botanicals Inc. will not be liable for any loss, damages (direct or indirect) or expense due to shipping. Title and risk of loss shall pass to you at the moment the product that you have purchased is transferred to the third party shipping service provider.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4 dayss

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after receiving approval notice, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@optimalfertility.com and send your item to: 10990 - 124 St, Edmonton, AB, T5M 0H8, Alberta, Canada.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 10990 - 124 St NW, Edmonton, AB, T5M 0H8, Alberta, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
