Enhances estrogen metabolism, modulates both estrogen and androgens.  Endometriosis lesions are dependent on estrogen for growth, by reducing the body's load of estrogen - particularly xenoestrogens (chemicals found in our environment that mimic estrogen),  the growth of endometriosis lesions can be reduced.

research suggests dose > 50um for DIM for reducing estrogen excess

Synerase (with Serrapeptase)

A proteolytic enzyme, used for anti-inflammatory, fibrinolytic, and anti-edemic actions.  Endometriosis is characterized by excess inflammation and accumulations of endometrial tissue, which can form adhesions to vital organs, introducing a fibrinolytic and anti-inflammatory agent into the body helps to combat these issues.
