Beautiful little hot packs that stay really warm for up to 24 hours, charcoal activated, just shake and use. Can be worn under clothes for period pain, abdominal pain and lower back pain.
Directions: open the outer plastic lining, remove the moxa pack, shake gently to activate and place as appropriate. These little packs do get awfully hot so use a barrier cloth around the pack as necessary.
